Membership
To become a member of SIMA Wales for the 2010/11 academic year, the membership fee will be £4. All academic events held by SIMA are for members only.
For 1st years: This membership fee will involve being able to attend the 2 anatomy revision sessions in November 2010 and February 2011 of 2.5 hours duration for free. Handouts will be available to purchase.
For 2nd years: This will be for the attendance of the 3 hour head and neck anatomy revision session in December 2010 where you will also be provided with handouts.
For 3rd years: This membership fee will enable you to attend the weekly 3rd year osce tutorials held during the weekend through out the academic year.
Note to 5th years: We do not require you to become members as we will be charging for our final year academic events on the day they take place.
Signing up to SIMA can be done on Cardiff University Students’ Union website by clicking here. It is very easy to do and we recommend that you sign up online – if you have any difficulties, you can contact your SIMA year representative and they will ask you to fill in a membership form and pay by cash.
