On May 8 & 9th 2010, Dr Hasan Haboubi (CT2 from Morriston hospital, Swansea) provided a high quality revision session for the 5th years of cardiff medical school. It took place from 10am till 3pm during the weekend and was thoroughly enjoyed by the students who attended. The presentations included examination of the cardiovascular system and respiratory system on 8th May and Gastroenterology and Neurology on 9th May where each presentation was 2 hours long. As SIMA academic events are run to raise money for charity we charged £5 per day for this session in which we provided free pizza for lunch! This session will take place next year for the final year students of 2011.
